Questions parents ask

Are the products original?

Yes. Branded products come in their original sealed packs, bought through authorised pharma distributors. We never open or repack them.

Which box should I buy?

Go by the baby's age: Coral for 0–3 months, Sage for 3–6 months, Honey for 6–12 months and Sky for 1–3 years. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between Economical and Premium?

Every item in Economical is also in Premium, upgraded. Premium has premium skincare brands, more and better cotton and silicone items, and comes in a navy rigid box with a satin ribbon.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Is the price lower than buying separately?

Yes. Every item shows its MRP on the product page. The box price is always lower than the total MRP of the items inside.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Add the receiver's address at checkout and write a gift message. We don't put a price slip inside the box.
